Hi all,

Does anyone know how I can format my usb drive?

It doesn't show up on My Computer but is still showing in Device Manager.

Thanks everyone,

Happysteveo.

Correction, it is showing up in there now but there is no option to format it. Do I need to delete or wipe the partition do you know?

delete the fat32 partition and the 'other' partition - this will leave the whole drive as 'unallocated'

then right click, create a 16gb FAT partition.

click on the tick at the top. should be job done.

so the drive has a bootable OSX (for a netbook) and you are trying to scrub it?

Does it boot quick enough this way?
