my sisters still got a case going with these from 5years ago and all the time they let her ex partner off for not paying, not turning up to court etc there a joke and should be called the dad support agency as they certainly dont support the mothers and children out there who need it. its thousands of pounds what my sister hasnt recieved and she probably wont see a penny of it now, i know there are good fathers out there that do pay but the ones who dont and wont they need to sort them out and not just give them a slap on the wrists each time a payment is missed.

There are also many Dad's not happy with the service from the CSA either. In fact I don't think anyone likes the CSA.

Didnt a report state that the CSA computer system / admin costs etc actually cost more than the maintenance payments they have managed to collect. Typical civil service IT incompetence.

i dont mean to sound sexist, its just i know alot of women who have had trouble with the csa, ii just dont agree with the system they have letting them off with not paying time after time after time, wether its a women or man claiming surely they shouldnt just keep letting these none paying parents get away with it, 3 times this year my sisters ex didnt turn up to court that must of wasted money and peoples time yet the csa finally got him in court yesterday and let him set up another deduction from earnings which he failed to pay last time so they have just given him another chance yet again which he will no doubt mess up as he knows he keeps getting away with it.

I sent proof my daughters father was living with his partner (who is claiming half my csa money back for a daughter they have together) It took 3 years to get anyone to take it seriously. It also took 3 years to get him to pay, through court cases, injunctions etc etc, and he STILL reckons he shouldn't pay (the guys a headcase, wish it had shown sooner)

The boy I got sorting my case wanted to nail him to the wall, took all the proof, and was told by the powers that be to "give the father the benefit of the doubt" !!!

7k so far they have withheld from my daughter, defrauding one government office whilst working for another, they are scum, especially her as she's the one actually doing most of the lying in order to claim. Claiming as a single parent for tax credits, benefits etc whilst working for the MOD.

I am hoping the new CMEX (sp?) who take over shortly might have more power and balls to deal with men AND women who don't support their kids.

What gets me is if he was saying he had a gammy leg and claiming benefits fraudulantly the DSS would have someone spy on him (with enough evidence) so why the CSA can't is beyond me!!!! In saying that, recently I have found they don't know their **** from their elbow, but I guess most people who have dealings with them already knew that.

They will get theirs though, I am a great believer in karma and I will sit back and wait for the fall out from their little scamming venture, at the end of the day its only his own daughter he is stealing money from, I dont touch CSA money it all goes in her bank.

I doubt it very much. Chances are if she works for the MOD she has some level of clearance. Depending what level, they'd know what times you go to the toilet.

So they'd know what she was claiming and why. If she were fraudulent, she wouldn't get any clearance. Just a bit of reality there.

Thanks for that, but as you dont know these people and what they do, I am quite happy with the real reality which is as stated. I think I have seen you, or someone to do with you has to do with the MOD perhaps (just going by what has been said on other posts) so I appreciate you have an insight in to it, but, I know as I have proof as stated she is doing this. Why the MOD would be interested in her living arrangements and csa handlings is beyond me and since she is a low down manual civvy for them I doubt she's even noticed other than clock in times. Her clearance will be base level. The claiming tax credits etc has only come to light and the benefits I speak of are a little help with council tax, its hardly major, but still when he is on a high wage and living with her, she is not entitled to it, but I will leave that to the DSS to sort out, its just a shame these organisations cannot work together, they would catch more scammers if they did.
She claims tax credits as a single parent, he gives a false address, all his wage details and bank details are at said address so on paper its legit, only sadly in real life they both live together and he has a sideline as a tattooist (which he freely advertises on facebook) which gets them more money untaxed, although the inland revenue are looking in to that. Oh and he has also been known to use his (dead) twins national insurance number so he can sign on and work, admittedly that was a while ago, but he's got previous,

So thaks for the reality check, I am sure it was well meant, but its not needed.
