Help required for CEX - for mobile selling to them
Need some help on CEX UK site. I am planning to send my two phones to them. I have selected the condition as poor for both and one of them have faulty display, sometime works perfectly fine for weeks and sometime goes off for couple of days again
They have give me the price.
So,
1.) if I register and send my phones to them then is there any fees.
2.) Can they decrease the quote they given me on-line? and if I am not satisfied with the re-offer, then how easy is to get the phone back?
3.) How do I send the phones to them? Can it be done via Royal Mail?
4.) Do I need to factory reset the phone and then give it to them?
Thanks in advance.

phone + charger is the minimum. You'll have to buy one.
I would never use CeX online. Only instore (and i'd avoid that as much as possible too). Phone recycling sites like Fonebank might be better..
I'd stay clear of cex (not that I've had any problems) but apparently their customer service isn't the greatest when there's issues which by the sounds of it there almost certainly will be if you send the handsets.
