Help Required - Proof Of Xbox Offer

Hi.

Like many, I brought the xbox gold family pack when it was advertised with 1000 free ms points.

2 months have now passed and ms are only issuing 800 points as according to their system there was no promo offering 1000.

The first post that I can see of the offer is here http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/xbox-live-gold-family-pack-4-x-13-m/790483?p=9739004 but I don't suppose anyone actually took a photo of the offer or can find one online?

I've tried searching but seriously can't find anything and really don't want to back down from this one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 200 points aren't worth hardly anything but thats not the point. They advertised an offer and don't want to honor it, which is wrong.

I've checked the other thread and can't seem to find anything that would help in there either.

If you log into your account on xbox.com you can go to your billing history and then when the new screen loads there will be a points history on the left hand side (i think). You just have to cycle through the months and look for credits to you points.

they are worth an xbla game.... maybe?

From what I can see the 1000points was a US offer?

Yeah I've been getting that vibe but it was def on the UK dashboard! I saw, Emma saw it (someone from the main thread) and I'm guessing alot of other people that took up the offer saw it.

Just wish I could prove it :(

I think the 1000points is a mistake.. they advertised 800 but gave out 1000ms to some people

No what they did was advertise 1000 points but there was no option to actually sign up for the deal, then within hours took the deal down and a few days later it popped back with the 800, im sure i was expecting 1000

but if there was no option to sign up to the 1000 offer, surely you signed up under the 800point offer?
