HELP required with spec of a PC Package that was in Next Sale

Hi all, I had a VIP invite to the Next Sale and I saw a Desktop PC Package inc TFT, base unit, keyboard and mouse Reduced from £399 to £199. I noticed today that there was one back in stock so I ordered it lol
Stupidly I dont know the spec, hubby said Im mad lol
Anyway... it was in Catalogue 42 item no 429500 as any kind person out there still got the directory that would let me know the spec

ps its 3wk delivery time so if its useless I can cancel order and save my marriage lol

Thanks for trying but unfortunately not. Its out of stock now so Ive have not been able to view it. When you go into the sale area of Next site you dont get the full info. I think the only way I will get is is from a directory.

Did you notice if it had Vista or XP? ...I wouldnt say all is lost if it has a TFT, although thse can be picked up for £50/£70 for a 17"

Just had a look in the only directory i have (summer 2008) but there is only laptops in there. Tried to help but no luck. Sorry.

Thanks for trying, the catalogue no, ended in x42 so I got a feeling it could have been the christmas directory :)

If you go into your local next store then they normally have all the directories from the last year at least. Well my local ones do so im sure most do. Good luck!!

Id be happy with this for the money...I think I found your other topic and agree about the RAM size, but as for Vista, just take some time out to get used to it and it;ll be fine :)

Thanks for your help, Im useless with anything technical lol Is there anything I can do about RAM size? (or someone who knows what there doing can do easy enough) :thumbsup:

Enjoy it when you get it...I wouldnt worry about the RAM straight away.

Although when you get online, visit http://www.crucial.com/uk/ and run a scan to see what RAM it suggests for it...no need to buy the RAM from there, just use to get an idea of possible upgrades :) ...make note of the model RAM it suggests and search on here for it
