i cancelled my sky package- tv, phone and broadband, in the hope my husband could take out a new account -our son works for sky and gave us a half price code for 1 yr. anyway, they would not allow this as same name and address. so i stopped the cancellation. they however said i'd left it to late to stop ( had another 4 days left) and they cu the phone and broadband early. now they are saying different things every time i speak to someone- hard too as no home phone!!
they say i need to have another bt line put in- looked online-cost of £125- even though nothing wrong eith old- worked until they stopped it!!!
can anyone help or give advise?? please!!!
