i recently upgraded on vodafone, my phone was faulty so requested a replacement but later i requested them that i wanna change my phone and want to get xperia instead of omnia. so they told me that i should wait till 6th Jan(the date i was getting replacement for my faulty omnia) and give them a buzz on 6th but i told them that my 14 days return period will finish so they told me that they will extend it.
Today i received an omnia so i called them and they told me that my 14 days trial period is finish and they can't help me now..
and i was misguided by the operator ...i asked the operator to transfer me to Team leader but she said the same thing but in harsh tone so i get angry and told them that i will goto consumer direct ...
Later she said that she will send an email to the dept head and they will see what they can do and said that most probably i will get a replacement..
Guys any thoughts what should i do now as i don't trust them anymore..i was due on an upgrade on my other phone as well but i won't do it due to this..
