HELP!! Wanted 39 Kids plain white T's and maybe 6 plain white adult T's

Hi all, need some help to try and source some plain white t's for a fund raising event I am running for my local pre-school. The kids are doing a sponsored " how many colours can I wear" day and I wanted to get hold of some t's so they can do their own drawing/design on them. also enables the kids to use lots of colours so to raise a good amount for the pre-school. My own boy has done fabric drawing before and really enjoyed it so hopefully all the other kids will do to.

Any help or advise of where to try and get hold of the required bits would be a great help.

all monies raised will be put back into the pre-school (non profit charity organisation).

They are 75p in Asda, but my Asda only had light blue ones.

And you would be hard pressed to pick up 39 in one store

It may be worth contacting your local Asda/Tesco etc to see if they will provide some T's for a charitable event.I used to work at asda and I know they have a budget for local community events, certainly worth a phone call or speak to a local customer services manager.

As callan/eva says Primark would be your best High St choice.

Online you could have a look at this site http://www.clothing-clearance.co.uk/acatalog/adult_tees.html
The site is a bit difficult to navigate etc but they do sell off T Shirts for about 29p. You'll need to read the small print properly as well regarding both the description of the goods and delivery quantities.

There are a couple more sites out there for bulk quantities.

Here's an easy one to use :

exactly, i bet if you ask your local asda or tesco, there probably a good chance of having the tshirts donated :)

Today is Wednesday, a popular market day for most of the country, try your local market and barter a deal.

Ask one of the big chains to sponsor the kids and supply them free or at a reduced rate, worth a try

hi all, just to keep informed I managed to get all the t'shirts required. a local news agent to me (smartys of hatfield) also supply local schools with uniforms and he had all that I needed as well as giving me a discount as it was a charity fund raising event. As soon as the final amount has been counted I shall let you know how we got on.

thanks again
