I bought a tv from cdiscount in March last year and its now faulty (combi - dvd wont work properly). I've been trying to sort it out for 2 months and am getting passed from pillar to post.
Cdiscount claim that as I've owned it for over 3 months it becomes goodmans problem, Goodmans claim that its cdiscounts problem (even though they are in provisional liquidation and unlikely to sort it) and that if they repair it I'll have to pay.
Who's right please? I'm sick of being messed around! I've also got problems with a murphy tv but they are replacing it straight way, are goodmans usually this naff?
I'm gutted cos the tv was bought to update the 14" goodmans portable I've had with no problems for over 15 years! Should have stuck with that I think!
