I purchased a PAYG phone yesterday as a replacement phone, but have decided that I don't want it now, does anyone know if they offer refunds?

Have checked the terms on their website, but can't seem to find anything.

They offer a 14-day guarantee, in addition to the Distance Selling Act's 7 day cooling off period, during which you have the right to inspect the goods and reject them if you so choose. However, according to 3 policy, if you've used the phone you've accepted it.

As above if you use the phone or sim it means you are unable to send it back. You should of had these details with the phone.

The phone is brand new, still sealed, sim was asked to be seperated, due to having a conract sim already.

no probs should be able to get a refund
