2(6x-11) = 12x - 22 = 28

so 12x = 50
so x = 50/12 = 25/6

(lol made a mistake b4 without proofreading :D)

2 x 6x = 12x
2 x 11 = 22

you then move the 22 to the other side, which changes it to the opposite symobl, a +
50/12 = 4.16*
x=4.16* *=recurring which means basically 4.166666666666666666666666666666666666666666 on and on and on

well 2x 6x is 12 x and 2x-11 is -22 and that equals 28. 28 + 22 (changes to a plus cos yr moving it to the other side of the equals sign) equals if 12 x is 50 then x is 50 divided by 12 which is 4 and 1/6

Take the x2 on the otherside so it becomes /2
->6x-11 = 28/2 = 14

Now take the -11 on the otherside to give +11
->6x = 14+11 = 25

Now take the x6 on the opposite side making it /6
-> x = 25/6 which is the same as 50/12 or 4.1667

ANSER ---> X = 25/6
Thanks guys, I was more concerned as it wasn't a whole number,

Thought at first it was just me being stupid.

Rep to all those who helped!
