Does anyone know if the screen on these become brighter when it is connected to power supply I thought it did when I first got it but now it doesn't seem to - less than a month old. My 2 Dell laptops do and tbh I can't see the screen on one of them without it being plugged in.

if you go into control panel, power options, then edit plan settings, you will get 2 sliders for the display brightness when on battery and plugged in. You can adjust it there :)
