Help with couriers! Largeish item to scotland from Kent for mums Xmas

I have won an ebay item - its in Bromley, Kent and I am in Scotland DD9 area. I need it to get here before Xmas but the courier service they have recommended say £75 so looking to see if anyone knows of a cheaper method?

Apparently its approx 8KG and its ebay item 330287432558
Dimensions are 38" long, 20" deep, 12" high..

Prefer delivery to DD9 but would consider Aberdeen or Glasgow areas as alternatives as have addresses there who would accept delivery as I know delivery can be awkward for Scotland!

Cheers for any advicethoughts!

No no no. Run by a crook and now no more.

Should be around £17 on a highlands and islands service with DHL. Or around £9 to an address in Aberdeen or Glasgow.

Good resource which list the cheapest trustworthy couriers:
