I have a problem I can not solve with Evans. Here is the story, I'll try to make it short.
Some time ago, I passed an order on their website. What happened was that they claimed it has been delivered, but I got nothing. I got in contact with them and they made a re-delivery. That one I got it well. Since then I have tried to pass three other orders and each of them has been cancelled by them for apparently a "security" reason. I got in contact with their customer services when the second cancellation happened and someone investigated it, and told me it was because of the "loss". But he also said that it had been cleared out and that I was going to be able to order again. I tried, and the same thing happened. I called back the customer services. This time they told me that I because of what happened I will NEVER be able to pass any order again. I feel this is just wrong, that I am treated like a thief or a crook. Can anyone help me out? Maybe someone here is working for Evans/Arcadia and could kindly give a hand?
