HELP with footlocker application form

okay, i want to apply at footlocker but the application form asks me some silly questions and i dont know what to put as an answer. i had the application form for over a week and still i dont know what to write. I would be very grateful if people can suggest answers which i can put down. the question it asks is:

"Tell us about a time when you provided extraordinary customer service by delivering the unexpected"

I am working in a clothing retail shop and an answer linked to my current retail job would be great.

You have to be a good storyteller for those applications, I hate those kind of questions too.

"I delivered extraordinary to a sexy female customer once and she did not expect me to be so BIG"

what about writing about the time when you saw a customer looking at a particular item of clothing, went over and suggested them trying so and so colour cus it would look good on them and acting as a sort of non intrusive personal shopper to that customer (you know- making recommendations on style/colour, fetching alternative sizes for them to try etc. Probably pure fabrication, but you surely wont be the first to have lied on an application form! Good luck!

Or what about the time the item the customer wamted was out of stcok so you rang round the other branches and managed to get hold of one for them? They were grateful they spent an additional £100!

That said, It's footlocker... I'm fairly sure if you can write your name on the form and turn up on time the job's as good as yours!

Or, how about the one where you went over to help a customer (the owner of a local salon) and ended up kitting her and her staff out with there new staff uniforms - locating any sizes you didn't have instock etc.
(I actually did this a long time ago when I was in retail:thumbsup:)

Are you certain you're not confusing that with a movie you saw once?
