I got the Ltd Edition Resident Evil 5 console from Game back in March 09, and took Gamecare out as I thought with it being a limited edition, probs worth it. Anyways, basically its a 2 year guarantee which also covers accidental damage, and if its repairable, it gets repaired, if its not, it gets replaced or you get a voucher.
So, the wife spilt vimto on it while I was at work (on purpose I wonder?! lol) so rang up the insurance company, sent it off to TCR and got it back. Been fine for a couple of weeks (Barely played it) but what do I get now - 3 red lights AGAIN.
To me its obvious that they cant repair it, or, the quality of the repair is bad - so I would like a refund, on a gift card is fine, as I dont just want a bog standard elite back - I would like to put it towards the new FF13 Super Elite :)
Has anyone had any experience with this? Also, who should I ring to complain and say the repair was bad, and that I would just like a voucher towards a new console? Any help appreciated.
