Did Paypal send you an email saying they couldn't retrieve funds but would keep trying? Usually if Paypal are unable to recover funds they put restrictions on someones account, well atleast that's what they told me :)
#2
should be moved to misc/feedback. Consider yourself lucky, I was scammed far more :(
Anyways, who is this so mods can get to the issue.

Add: Paypal sux. Everyone knows it that if you have a problem, they don't want to help.

Paypal are rubbish - Leave bad feedback it will discourage others from buying from this seller...

Good in theory but not always the case to be honest
#5
I would say their name.

If not someone else might scammed, if someone had scammed you I think they wave their right to privacy!
#6
tsk if they scammed you, then they won't want to log back in again, the theiving !"£$"£$£" and make a new account.

Add again: yes he/she must be banned at least (though i sometimes wish more extreme measures like IP block)

I think so too...

i see you have posted in the OP to others to be wary, i think he should be banned to be honest. he has had well over a month to get the goods over to you....

Whats their name?
I got scammed on here aswel, sent a game and never got the agreed trade in return. Jay Buchanan was his name. Admin's have since ignored my emails asking what is happening regarding the matter...

Change the title of the thread, and then name them.
We can search and find out, but just give us the link to the thread to save us the trouble.

HUKD won't do anything about it, but we should be able to get to the bottom of your problem.
#12
Hmm OP in that thread looks experienced, and he logged back 3 days ago, so I doubt he forgot about you
#13
who is it...dont wanna fall foul myself??

opps see its already posted..

Only £2 was spent in that thread, so unless some dealing by PM was done then it can't be that one.

So if im correct what your saying is that you can rip people off left right and center on these forums and the administrators wont do a thing about it...now that sound like a real hole in the wall for many a fraudster......open the flood gates.....buyer beware i suppose...please tell me this is wrong!!!
banned#21
have you contacter the seller angelface? by phone or even a letter
#22
to be honest its not worth it for sake of £5.30 he did reply to my paypal dispute saying he was sorry and would enclose a few freebies that was bout 2 weeks after then i said still no parcel etc and not heard nothing since sent him pm etc now posted in thread hes been on hotdeals so just not sent parcel

The Moderators and Admin make it clear to follow the guidelines and rules.
I guarantee you that these were not followed.

It is a strange one, because it seems a pitiful amount to run off with.
#24
bit useless from the seller to be honest, its only a fiver, which isnt much these days. if only there was such a thing as -ve rep :)

angelface, have you left -ve feedback?
#25
all rules were followed but as i said im really not gonna chase up total of £5.30 like u als id starnge its a small amount o run off with but saying that thats how credit card fraudsters work dont they take small amount first lol

seems abit odd for a Fiver, i would contact him by phone and ask him what the chuff is going on

Negative & Positive rep are pointless in the main, even more so in the "For Sale/Trade" forum.

All rules, but not guidelines.

Your analogy doesn't work, if he was setting up a big sting, he wouldn't do one for £5.30 first, as you can leave negative feedback before he does it, and alert everyone. :?
#31
no offence but what guidelines have i not followed ???

it may only be a fiver but if he does it to everyone that's a whole lot of fivers :x
#34
surley this seller should be banned for future selling etc or get warning

This is a private contract between you and the seller, and up to the two of you to resolve. We encourage people to leave for sale forum feedback accordingly to notify possible future buyers about situations, and past trading history.

I fail to see the logic of this approach.

Either you're going to leave it to warn others or not. Either way I can't see it being any help in your own case tbh.

Have you read the guidelines? If you had, I don't think that you would be asking this question.

I am going to ask you a question, as you seem to be not understand, or are skirting around the point.

Before you parted with your £5.30, did you get a landline telephone number and call it?

If "Yes", have you called this landline telephone number and asked "Where are my items"?
