Hi, Actually i took a o2 contract for my friend. and she was using the phone for quite long time of 6 months...now recently i came to know that she cheated me..she hasnt paid the bill for some time and they have black listed my name to pay a bill of £400.I asked my friend she says i wont pay anything....i am so depressed and i don't have so much money to sort out the problem. i don't want my credit history to be spoiled. Is there anyway i can sue my friend and make the o2 people understand that i didn't use the phone..please help me in this situation....cheers

You need someone who specialises in the termination of contracts. These people are referred to as contract killers. Find one and point them in the direction of your friend. I think you'll find she'll be troubling you no more!

It is your bill and your's only. as Judge Judy says "SUCK IT UP".

o2 won't be interested in your story, if it were that easy, everyone would do it.

There is a reason that you have the contract in your name and not your friends.
