I bought the Health Coach: Manage your weight game for my nintendo ds. At first I really liked it as I found it motivational. However, since my bmi is now in the "normal" range, the game now thinks my only aim is to maintain my weight and not lose more weight. This is limiting the fun and motivation I get out of the game because I can never hit my perfect balance target for food in vs. exercise completed.
Does anyone know if it's possible to change this and get the game to give you weight loss objectives even if you're within the healthy bmi range? The healthy range is 18-25, so being just at 25 isn't what I would call ideal. If anyone can help me that would be great!
