Help with Outlook Express

Can someone please give me advice on how to get my Mother in Law's Outlook Express emails going? Tools, Internet Accounts are currently set to POP3 (Connection: any available).

Any advice gratefully received.

whats the error your getting?
The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Sorry, being so thick on this one but I can't find out how to do the server name. The example it shows is:
what isp is she on?
say if it was tiscali...the incoming mail server should be something like

Although to be perfectly honest Outlook Express is a defunct program, the current version (6.0) was released in 2001. You should really be using something more up to date like Thunderbird: or Windows Live Mail:
