Pls can you help we are going to be fitting an new lam flooring and its a silly question but which way does the underlay go silver side to the floor or up...!!

Sorry for the dump question am guessing its down to the floor but a friend says different

thats a new one on me.

I never put any membrane down on our concrete floors. Lam been down 8 years and as good as new.

We didnt pit any down either. I think its only needed if you have dodgy floors ie damp
