My friend has a ticket to see Eric Clapton at the O2 this Sunday but there is a strong possibility that she cant go. She asked me if i knew off anyway off selling it on.

I dont think you can sell them on here. Any advice on where to sell it on?

She said she paid £85 for it, so an presuming she would want to get her money back.

Thanks in advance.

You can sell them on here, just not for more than face value.

She might be pushing getting her money back this late in the day though. Migh be wiser to take what she can get.

Stick it on ebay, if it's a decent seat you will find one of the ticketing agencies will buy it, I v'e done it before.

They will buy it and ask you to post to it to whoever they have sold it to next day delivery.

Get it on now, gives you 2 days to sell it.

I may try that. She mention that her husband who is still going with two others may try to sell it outside on the night. I suggested getting rid before!

gumtree or scarletmist (but you can only sell at face value or lower) or sell it outside the gig a tout will even buy the ticket off you to sell on

doubt you will make alot on the ticket to be honest

You will get next to nothing outside the venue imo. Not worth the risk, stick it on ebay and take the hit.

She can sell it on here for face value, but you have to wait 7 days now. We've sold U2 tickets on Viagogo.

I wont be able to do that now. the concert is sunday!

I don't think you would get 55-100 outside the venue.

its luck of the draw - and depends who you are selling to if its a tout no you won;t if its someone going to the gig then there is every possibility

fees etc on ebay as well as special delivery postage will not help

Get it on Gumtree asap
Or a card in a local supermarket/shop, your phone will be ringing before you get home,
(if the price is right).
Do not, on any account, sell it to a tout outside the gig.
I tried that with an AC/DC ticket last summer and the offer was so derisory, that i laughed in his face.
Not something i would normally do as i've more manners than that.
I was the bloke with the empty seat next to him. Lol

Im not sure what she will do with it. She is in Devon so i dont think there is much chance off selling it locally. I think best bet is to get it advertised up in London somewhere. Thanks for the advice though!
