i think it might be that they are not going to process it and give you a credit account, you might be best ringing them and see what they say, when you log in does it say you have any credit limit?

not sure then, did you get an email confirmation of the order, it might say on there when the item is due. if not id give them a ring.

You should never of signed up for them with all the disgusting service they do, I always knew they were bad but my mum has had no end of problems with them as she sent a cheque and a letter to close her account that they claim they never got and were snotty to her over the phone and hinting she was lying and saying they never made mistakes! then said she would get loads of charges and they didnt understand why she didnt just send a new cheque to them to clear the balance and claim money back from the bank!

So I know you purchased this cash up front but dont be stuck with them for credit.

Also once my mum placed an order for something they had in stock in fact loads in, 3 weeks later and the occasion passed(my birthday) she cancelled it in writing and over the phone then they sent her 3 of the item(and she only ordered one) then even when refused delivery tried to charge her for them saying they never got them back, she never cancelled, and also tried to charge her for postage twice.

i havent had any credit before and work part time nights had tried for a few contract mobiles unsuccesfully so i figured this would be a good way to get some positive credit score, as for the phone if i pay on time it works out about 32 quid extra over 8 months which i wont notice at 4 quid a month , ill be paying by visa debit or dd and ill take ur comments on board make sure i pay on tiime by card and have proof of the transaction.

Thats another problem, always pay soon as possible dont believe their dates for getting it in, in the past my mum has sent a cheque same date as bill arrived yet they only cashed it around the due date then charged late fees so I reccomend card payment around time bill is due is best.
