Help with virgin 6 month contract

sorry for these questions below but im a noob on claiming cashback from contracts.

I have recently recieved my virgin simcard on the 6 month contract from e2save. I claim my money back at my 3rd and 6th bill.

Virigin sent me a letter confirming my connection on the 23rd april. They said i will be billed on the 27th of each month so 27th of may i presume is my first bill. Does this also count as my first bill with e2 save or is it from the date of purchase ie when i recieve my bill on 27th may this will be second month.

Also i have transeferred my o2 pay an go number to virgin and my number will be different to the number on my e2save sales slip. will this affect my cashback? if you answer my questions it will be greatly appreciated.

Yup, 27th May will be e2save's bill #1.

As for the number change, you usually just have to send the first bill or the bill showing the port to e2save with your first claim. You may want to call e2save to check this...
