Hi, my name is xxxxxx and im interested applying for your job advertised on the job centre plus website job # xxxxxx

I do not have any qualifications for the role but i have computer experience. I have used windows based pc's at home for 12 years
and had to fix numerous problems which have come up including setting up networks, virus & malware problems.

I have been building and repairing pc's for a hobby for about 6 years. Im currently building two pc's for friends from scratch.

At the moment i am in a customer based role at a local supermarket which involves interacting with customers and helping them with
questions they may have. I have been in this role for 3 years.

I am wanting to progress my career further and work my way into a pc based career. Although i do not have qualifications
i know i am confident with a pc and have 3 years in a customer based role, i am confident when approaching customers and
interacting well with them.

rather

progess my career into an information technology based career.

I wouldn't say in direct words that you h=don't have any experience. Say what you have, not what you don't have. Emphasis on the experience, and what you would offer the role. Problem solving, a willingness to progess and develop.

pc's should be PCs. There is no apostrophe in this context.
