So my parent's have got a new tv which is HD ready etc

They've been with Virgin for years and are happy with the service and dont wana change providers cos they get their tv, broadband and phone through them

Thing is the virgin box they've got isnt a hd set top one. Does anybody know how much they'll charge for one or is there any tatics to get one free off them? I think my parents are on the medium package but not 100% on that
