So I still have high ping, high packet loss and slow upstream, and 2 engineer visits a 3rd on saturday and I still can't use a computer without it ending up out a window. I've posted pathping -n, don't really understand it fully was hoping some friendly Hukd'ers' could help...

Download speeds fine, upload speeds atrocious, means an inconsistent ping = high jitter = me being annoyed

Tell me about it - 2 months now, its the low upload when it sends data to the server its slow as a legless tortoise but when it downloads its fine, hence the inconsistency.

Mates with VM wireless downstairs - upstairs , gets 3% jitter 20 ping but on a 20mb connection mind you. I heard that vm have outdated modems, but cant afford to send new ones to every customer. They get worse every minute

That's the results from running the test on a phone at the other end of the country which shows just how bad your results are.

would probably keep vm tv as I like the catch up tv. Everything else about it I hate, have Sky HD at another house, I do miss 4OD, bbc i etc.... but then again you get sky player so I never miss my favourite shows sky or not :)

Ping and jitter are very high, download speed and upload is only appropriate to what you pay for

2 engineer visits and they haven't fixed it, i'd be leaving them and signing up with a different provider.
