Over xmas like probalby alot of us on here ive put a bit of weight on (Well, it stretches back to alot longer than xmas!!)
Basically im a 31 year old male, 5 foot 9 and weigh 181lbs (12 stone 13lbs)
I have already started to eat better and am going to take on much more regular exercise between now and Mid March. Ive cut out the beer (now had voddies and diet coke when i go out, which isnt too often anyways) and have cut out the chocolate fizzy pop etc.
Realistically, what can i see to lose between now and then? I would be very happy to get down to 170 for my holidays, perhaps even a tiny bit further (so this is a min of an 11 lb loss in about 9 weeks) is this realistic?
