Holiday Season

It's sunny and I don't want to be in the office so i'm thinking about holidays! Anyone going on holiday soon? Anyone want to show off how cheap they got their holiday?

My friends persuaded my OH and I to go on a Greek Sleazycruise...dear god I hope I don't get seasick!

Might take some time off at the beginning of June to go away in the UK...any suggestions?

I'm really embarassed to say i've never been to Scotland or Ireland before, being a southerner it's further to go than France!

I'm going to Egypt in two weeks. my boyfriend booked us a surprise (well for me) holiday for my birthday. I believe he booked it here: http://www.portlandholidays.co.uk/ We are going to Sharm El Sheikh all inclusive and I'm dying for a hol so can't wait.

I like Yorkshire, Northumberland and Cumbria.

I haven't been on a foreign holiday since 2002.

I usually get my holidays through the sun newspaper, my gran collects the tokens for me, bless.

Lucky you, I've always fancied going to Egypt to see the pyramids.

You should have a look into deals! Don't "I've always wanted" life is so short you really have to get out there and do things. These days holidays abroad are cheaper than here! I do admire your lack of carbon footprint though - I'm very carbon conscious but I don't fly more than once a year. I know it could be less but there are some people much worse - and if UK isn't giving us decent deals to hol here then I have no choice. Having said that I haven't been to Center Parcs since I was 13 (I'm 28 now) - would love to go back, but it's pricey there!

I'm off to Tenerife in 2 weeks :p can't wait to just chill out by the pool and do nothing. My daughter is off to Italy on Saturday for a week on a school trip and the OH off to Ireland to see family. This weekend will be such fun....on my own...no work....no child/OH moaning....BLISS lol

**I work in travel so my holiday was v cheap :p:p **

Have now been informed my OH might be going camping with his friends.
Suddenly a week in tenerife with the girls and lots of cocktails and cute spanish waiters sounds very appealing!

5 weeks today and I'll be just starting a Mediterranean cruise with my daughter and 2 of her friends - we're all really excited and can't wait!!

Just booked 2 flights to malaga for £92 each for the end of june. just need to find a villa to stay in now. total outlay will be about £600 for 2 people in a 3 bed villa with 10m private pool. plus spending money of course.
