How about Port Aventura ?

http://www.portaventura.co.uk/

This is near Barcelona in Spain and can best be described as a mini Disney.

It consists of three hotels, a fantastic theme park, and an excellent water park.

If you stay in one of the hotels you get free entrance to the theme park for the whole length of your stay.

You also get free entrance to the water park (the number of days depends on the time of year you go). You get a discounted entry cost for the other days if you stay in the hotels.

The theme park and water park are only minutes from the hotels so your teenager can walk to either of them whenever she feels like.

The whole complex is just outside a town called Salou which is on the coast and has a massive beach.

Here is a picture of one of the hotels

Stay away from Salou, went in June and wanted to come home as soon as i got there. Saying that suppose everyone is different, my cousin and his family all live out there, and he does the chubby brown tribute show. Not really one for the kids but thats the best thing about the place in my opinion.

I am thinking of taking my Son there...hopefully, he may start appreciating how easy he gets it!

My now 15 year old daughter went to Barcelona last May with the school, she loved it there, said there ws loads to do and see.

So, judging by her experience I would recommend Barcelona for your daughter.

Hope this helps :)

Take along a friend of hers, same age. Not always practical but gives you a break

You can stay at Port Aventura and never need to set foot in the actual town of Salou.

We went for a week to Port Aventura and spent a total of about 1 and a half hours in Salou.
