I also vote for the Canary Islands, especially Tenerife.
I have been to Tenerife most months and we have always had good weather. My folks are there at the moment for a month and it was 77f the other day when I spoke to them.
I highly recommend Adeje area as that is where the best beach is, it is easy walkable to Las Americas, buses are also available and a taxi ride is also cheap.
Good night life for all ages.

Is your family of 5 mixed with children? If so, try booking with Cosmos as they work out cheaper when you have 2 adults and 3 children.

centre parcs have some fantastic deals available at the minute...dates in march are still available

Tenerife/gran canaria/lanzarote are all tacky. Go to Fuerteventura its far better and its nearer the equator so it will be hot but its a very windy island! Lanazrote is only good for volcanoes!

Cannot agree at all. All places have tacky elements. Lanzarote has some lovely places away from the main resorts. Fuerteventura is barren / very windy / full of surf dudes! Not really a family type of place.

Is there a budget? And how old are the children or is it 5 adults? :)

Oh and do you have a board preference?

Here you are.

I'm sorry, but when your brief knowledge covers somewhere called March, you tend to use it wherever possible.

You can have a week self catering in Lanzarote for £1484. Would you be prepared to budget a bit more for All Inclusive?
#16

I tried James villas for you. 3 bedroom villa with private pool for £1559 - Costa Teguise - Lanzarote 3 bedroom villa with private pool for £1589 - Puerto del Carmen - Lanzarote flights included from Bournemouth for 2 adults, 3 children flying on the 16th march. I personally prefer puerto del carmen having been to both towns. http://www.jamesvillas.co.uk

My mistake - flights are from gatwick but price just reduced by £90 from quote so that would help towards your taxi :)
