Got a parcel coming the HDN and tracked it and it has reached the Depot near here (Action is received) and then the next action is Carry-over.

Anyone know what the carry-over action means?

maybe there gonna carry it over to your house hehe :w00t::p:whistling:
Maybe they dont have enough vans to get it out today so it will 'carry over' until tomorrows deliveries??

Thats what I thought, although I was hoping it was going to come today :x
HDN are awful, I waited in all day for delivery (Friday) to be told that they "couldnt gain access" - which was a barefaced lie, they say that to the retailer whom they are delivering for because they couldnt meet the obligation of next day delivery, and then delivered it the next working day! You will get it when they decide!

HDN are wa*kers. ordered 500gb hd from amazon hdn were the delivery company. waited in 2 days in a row. online tracking said 2 delivery attempts made. LIES LIES LIES. i told amazon to cancel and reordered using next day delivery. royal mail and another company both arrived next day before 9am.

Never bother with HDN it will never arrive. THEY LIE LIE

Carry over means it be out next time for delivery or should be.
I be surprised if you get it tomorrow as rarely seen them out on Saturday's unless busy cos of things like Xmas.
You probably looking at Monday now.
I once had a problem with a courier, can't honestly remember which one.

Basically i'd upgraded my phone and was told my new mobile would be sent out and i could expect delivery on a certain day. Now my wife spent all day in the house waiting but nothing arrived.

Got to 6 o'clock and i rung the courier who spoke to the driver. He said he didnt have enough time to do the delivery so would do it the following day. I was well annoyed at this so told them I wanted my phone that night so at short notice they arranged for another courier to bring it straight out. No idea how much it would have cost them to do this.

My point being that if you expect something to be delivered on a certain day then stand up to them. :p
