Hi has anyone brought Building and Contents for seperate insurance companies through Quidco and received payments when they give just one price for insurance - does this work? a couple of site split payment for contents and building or both where others just indicate home insurance.
In summary I am looking to purchase build ing from one company and contents from another
Your help and advise would be appreciated

done it this august and last year myself:
this year, deals not as good as last year (total £150 cahback via 2 sep companies) this year used sainsburys for contents with £37 cashback - paid out already, and asda for buildings with £68 cashback - validated , due to be paid november

obviously I trawled through a lot of premiums before settling with these 2, best cashback isn't always the cheapest policy

last year used esure & more>than .... their prices were carp this time round

I done Quidco last year and saved a hell of a lot with Prudential and Natwest bank and as you say not so good this year and wondered if the cashback needs to be for both building and contents some say both and others just say home insurance

I steered clear if there was any doubt as to whether you needed both "parts" of the policy and opted for those which stated either/or buildings & contents

In Profit... they have gone down to £50 now..

Also Can I claim quidco for my parents insurance to save them money with the same company I may use so having two claims going through the same merchant within a week has anyone done this????

Thanks to all who read and supply a comment:thumbsup:

yeah, i got lucky i suppose.
cant see why quidco would have a problem with you doing it a couple of times, not like your trying to con them if it's for different people and addresses.
good luck though.

I used Lloyds for contents only - and they paid me £120 for some reason - I was 20 quid in profit.

They've now clearly sorted this out on the quidco site.
