  Its a con - they are using restaurants websites etc without permission - my friend has recently opened his restaurant in glasgow and is being inundated with telephone calls from customers - this will put him out of business - its really not fair they dont respond to his emails or calls

  i purchased so many things from kgb hi life dinners card,argentinian restraunt,moptops hair deal non of my deals have come through i have emailed hi life to complain other 2 deals say contact kgb direct but does anybody no how on earth we get our deals that we have paid for .I did see reports that kgb site is a big scam but i myself thought i would give the site a chance as i have been most happy with other discount sites and never been let down by others that i have used for yrs .

  I bought 2 deals off KGB for beauty treatments at 2 different locations in Manchester, I sent an enquiry which they sent a standard response to saying I would hear back within 24 hours and 9 days later and several more emails to them I have had no response, its like they took my money and dissappeared..... stick with Groupon and Living Social, no problems at all with them! A total rip off with non existent customer service

  kgbdeals have actually been quite prompt and efficient at refunding my money in the past when I have had a problem with 2 or 3 of their deals (e.g. misdescription of the deal/offer - discovered after purchasing, etc). I have just emailed them and they have replied quickly, but I have also found it easy to get through to someone who is generally helpful on the phone too.
