As per title, I'm a student who has piled on a few pounds since the start of Uni. At least 2 nights a week is standard and involves getting very, very messy. But now being 14 stone 4 and only 5 ft 8, I have acquired a beer belly. Can anyone suggest any sort of routine I can get into without seeming like a lightweight to my friends (incidently who are mostly 6ft 3 and with not an ounce of fat on them whatsoever)? My aim is to get into shape before my 21st on the 10th Decemeber. I used to be muscly and toned, playing football 3 times a week. but ever since Uni it has all gone downhill.
Nutrition and diet is also an issue of mine that could be improved.
