How can i send an item(ghd) back to Asos?

I'm planing on sending my ghd back to Asos as I'm very disapointed with the product. So I was wondering how I could send it back and if I need to pay anthing? I received it on 18/Feb and I think tomorrow is the last day of return as they have 14 days return policy.

Thanks in advance,
Mavi

Thank you boothy and choc1969.

Sassie, I wouldnt know whether its working fine or not without using it.

Bossyboots, mine delivered on 18th Feb. and i paid £65 for it thinking its a bargain. I have used my friend's ghd and i was very happy with the result that is why i got myself one. But unfortunately, mine isnt as good as my friends. And I dont even have curly hair!

If its used then i would say its tough luck, and down to there returns policy as you are now out of the DSR period

If you can send them back looking exactly like how they came packaged then you might be ok

wasnt 18th feb 3 days ago?

But if i dont use it how on earth I would know whether they are working or not? And yes, I think I can pack exactly they packed but if they ask if I used the item I would say "yes I did, twice"

what you are saying is they are faulty then? why have you left it so long before returning them?
#16
It must be then as they are definiately not like the ones my friends got. I was on holiday and got back yesterday evening. That is why I couldnt return.

Surely if you send it back tomorrow, ASOS will receive it back AFTER the 14 day return period?

Maybe they are not heating up to the proper temperature? When they are switched on do you get that second beep to say they are ready to use...........if u licked ur finger and touched the irons does it sizzle?

p.s if they are faulty I wouldnt worry about this 14 day return period as you would have a year to return them I would imagine for faulty goods

you need to contact them and return them as faulty, they will probably have them checked out and go from there

Yes but I will be returning on the 14th day so i have done my part. I cant be responsible if they recieve after the 14 days anyway.

I heard the second beep. Checked before I used whether its hot or not tho I didnt check with wet finger.

As i said before, I dont have curly hair. My hair is straight with a bit of wave, even then it took me 15 to 20 mins to straighten.
