Going to the west coast of the US of A in November and would love to see an NFL game when I'm out there. The best option (prob only option!) is the San Diego Chargers vs Denver Broncos. I've been on their website but doesn't seem to be any availability for it.

Are there any other legitimate avenues of getting tickets for this game that anyone knows of? I've done a quick google search but I'm not sure whether the sites that are selling them are just gonna rip me off or not.

ticketmaster m8-thats ticketmaster.com, not the co.uk site-they sell for all sporting and concert events in america-just put NFL in the search box.

It's down for maintenance just now apparantly, but I'm sure thats where I had looked before and had no availability. Think the official NFL site and Chargers site takes you through to the same page.

I looked at the ticket exchange on Ticketmaster and theres quite a few available there, but at inflated prices :(

I think it will be quite hard to get tickets for NFL its mahuuusive over there.

We saw the Yankees play when we were out there couple of weeks back, if you cant get to see an NFL game I'd recommend going to see a ball game!

there will likely be further tickets available soon-they release them in batches, and november is a while away in american ticket sales style-they arent like the Uk selling months in advance with many things-I have been to springsteen gigs where tickets went on sale the day before!

another idea,if you are staying in a hotel when you are there is to call ahead and speak to the concierge-they are usually pretty good at getting tickets, because they know all the sources-sure they will probably expect a tip(in new york we gave the concierge 20 dollars on top of ticket price for broadway shows)-a good concierge can get you anything in america.

Went to see the Knicks in Feb, which was a good experience, although the Knicks weren't very good lol! Not really interest in Baseball though :(

Barky - I'll keep a look out for tickets. My brother in law is a massive NFL fan so I'm gonna set him on the case as well and see what he can come up with.

as an afterthought-if you wanna see a game, you could try a college one-they are huge, the stadiums are massive and the atmosphere amazing. If this interests you its worth a try-If you are anywhere near virginia on your trip,I could get you tickets for the hokies(virginia tech university)

Thanks for the offer but we are heading to Vegas, and then possibly on from there.

This, I went through ticketmaster.com to get tickets for the astros is Houston last year - prices were actually really cheap as well considering the seats we had!! I think when it comes to delivery options, if you're outside the US you need to select "will call", and this lets you pick up the tickets at the desk before the game.

I'd quite fancy the NFL, I found the baseball to be quite slow and stop/start all the time...

Another vote for ticketmaster.com. I've used them a couple of times to get Knicks tickets & also for NHL (Blackhawks) & baseball (Seattle Mariners)

On our last visit to New York, we purchased tickets at the venue on the day of the game. So if all else fails, try your luck on the day!
