No option to cancel play orders even if you contact them by phone or email. The items will arrive and you will have to return them at your cost; that is unless you get on the phone and blame their system for failing to give the option to cancel at any stage. You may then be able to persuade play to reimburse the postage based on their failings.

Tried cancelling an order myself a few days ago on the processing stage.

Was told it isn't possible and that you'd have to wait to recieve then return.

Sorry mate, you're out of luck.

This, if its from a playtrade seller you get 30 minutes

TBH I thought I had cancelled an order before it was sent, but it may have been when I had ordered but they were waiting for stock

Don't worry too much they probably won't turn up anyways (_;)

I've tried to cancel an order I placed within minutes but it went straight to processing, in the past it went to order taken and you had the option to cancel, but now most orders just go straight to packing/ processing with no option to cancel, poor service from play, you should get at least an hour or so to have the option to cancel

Look at the play.com terms and conditions. If the item has not been dispatched, you can cancel in writing.

I was looking to do this, on the site it says: "We will hold your order and process it as soon as possible. You can cancel your order at any time without penalty."

Can't see any way of doing it though

Far better off using Amazon, they don't mess you around like this.
