I feel a complete idiot at the moment because i've wasted so much time trying to convert them!

Do you have a printer setup named "Adobe PDF"? Can't remember if I got this with Acrobat Pro or not so not sure if you get this option with free software.

If you have this 'printer' setup send your document from Publisher to this printer and it will convert what would be printed into a .pdf document. The advantage of this is you can easily ensure the document is the correct size using the page setup and print preview.

Yes did all that....still 9 pages lol.....But I managed to save the image as JPG file in the end by pressing "Alt" & "Print scrn" buttons within publisher then pasted it onto paint!

Anyway the printers are quite happy with the finished product so at least it wasnt a total waste of time

thanks for your help
