My printers out of ink so cant print it straight from the email. I need to get the form out the email and on a pendrive to get it printed over the road.

print screen then paste that into paint and save it, unless its to big on the screen to see the whole form.

Why not bring the printer from "over the road" to your place?

Seriously, though, what e-mail software are you using?

Is there a "Save As..." facility?

Do you have any utilities/tools to create Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files?

What file format does "over the road" need to receive the item within in order to print?

Can you forward the e-mail "over the road" to their e-mail address?

Try SnagIt ([ http://www.techsmith.com ]); it has a free trial.

You can print to the dedicated printer driver & save as a graphic image. Multiple pages or scrolling to print to a larger continuous page is supported.

its a local community centre. i dont know if i could send the email to them or if they`d let me access my mail from 1 of the staff comps. it got sent to my gmail account. If i saved the entire webpage would it recompile itself on another comp?

If you used the "Save" option as "Web Page Complete" (so that all the associated image/script files are saved as well) you may be in with a fighting chance.

Do you have any family or friends with a printer, or could get to one if you e-mailed the document to them? Additionally, do you use a laptop? Maybe you can take the machine to the printer (without switching it off; be very careful whilst carrying it) so you can print directly (after installing the correct printer driver(s) & hoping a reboot is not required)?

Or... just buy more ink... or ask Play.com to print it & send it to you by snail mail.
