I think that this is part of MyWebSearch, toolbar, smilies, that sort of thing.
If you have that perhaps you could try uninstalling it.

Are you getting an error message on startup?

As andy says it is part of my web search.

You should be able to remove my web search using either spybot or malwarebytes (both free).

If its just an error on startup I'll tell you something else you can do..

If you don't have an antivirus, try this as a stopgap: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/ but at earliest convenience get an antivirus, I recommend AVG Free: http://free.grisoft.com (or nod32, but it's not free)

Also it can't hurt to download and install Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html and let it run, to see what it finds.

Good luck!
