How do I play video on my psp?

Hi, I have a psp slim and lite with firmware v4.05. I have a divx file which is 700MB, I know I have to convert this to MP4 but dont I know what program or setting to use to covert the file. Thanks

Video 9 is awful.

Worked alright for me, but then I've not tried anything else, hehe! I'll give that one a go myself, then :thumbsup:

i already got SUPER © installed, but what setting should i use?

Have you got your PSP on USB mode when hooked up to your computer?

yes its connected in usb mode

after converting the video file using SUPER © i got two files (M4V00000 and M4V00000.thm) where do i put them in the psp

Create a folder called VIDEO (in capitals) in the root folder of the memory card. then simply drop and drag the converted vids into the VIDEO folder.

thanks for your help. it works. what can i change in the default SUPER © psp setting to make the file a little smaller without losing too much quality?

I'm not too sure, i just leave it at the default settings, you could try playing around with the video bitrate maybe try converting the videos to divx or xvid? Maybe buy a bigger memory card?

EDIT: http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/222036/sandisk-4gb-memory-stick-pro-duo-14/ 15 quid for 4gb stick isn't too shabby.
