I use Spybot it's free. Give it a go
C Cleaner has been recommended on here before but I'm not familiar with it.

Clicky for spybot.

Its also advisable use more than one spyware remover - I used spybot last night on one of the families laptops & it showed as clean but malwarebytes then found a trojan that spybot had missed. It's one of those things where 2/3 are better than one :)

Malwarebytes link >http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Download the 'free version' & do a full scan rather than the quick scan option
