How do I remove a Shope security tag from a pair of Osh Kosh Dungarees I bought from a charity shop ??
I bought a pair of osh kosh dungarees for my 6-year old son yesterday from a charity shop (OXFAM) in town and have today washed the dungarees with the rest of the wash and whilst hanging them on the washing line noticed that a boots store security tag is on them, what can I do ??
Is there any easy way to get it off, it looks like one of the ones with red dye in it a well :(
I want to take them on holiday with us on Suday.
Anybody ??

*cough*cough* freeze it first then cut pin with tin snips
I can confirm this works. During the riots, this tip came in really handy.
Oops oO
Thats not red dye its sulfuric acid to scar and identify shop lifters in a new anti crime initiative, thats why its dyed red to warn of its danger*
*some of the above may be fictionary

I think that's the look he's going for. Better if caught on camera.
I don't understand though, what is it you want because people tell you how to try it yourself but you don't want to because of the dye.
I would at least phone first to tell them you are coming in otherwise every shoplifter would just appear at the counters saying please remove the tag as I bought these ages ago but lost the receipt ;)
