I know you have to load it somewhere else first, but how?!

Have done adding a pic to a post by choosing properties & copying .jpg, but Tinypic wouldn't let me just paste filename in ...
Do I have to save it to my computer first?

Thanks

right, where it says direct link.... highlight, right click and copy the whole of whats in that box. then come back on here and go to post..... at the top of the box that you type in there is a yellow box with blue mountain looking things in. click on that and a box will pop up. highlight 'http' and delete and then paste into that box, click ok then post and that should work

I find http://imageshack.us/ is pretty easy.... click on browse, then select pic to upload, then host it, then copy hotlink, then click on http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/8701/insertimageer1.gif and paste URL.

http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/images/editor/insertimage.gif:)

If you're posting an image from a retailer eg play.com, argos, etc just right click over the picture & copy the image file name, click the mountain & paste the web address straight in the window that opens. If it's a pic from somewhere else (a photo, logo, ebay, another forum etc) it's best to upload it straight to imageshack / photobucket & then use that link address. Don't need to put it on your PC first. On photobucket you just select where your uploading image from first eg PC, URL website etc :)
