How do you find Info on Roadworks?

I noticed signs on the way home yesterday informing me that the road would be closed overnight from the 27th April until the 16th May. How do i find out where the road will be closed from and what times it will be closed. The road is the A19 btw.

Thanks

i was coming back from Hartlepool and the signs were up then, i dont know how much further north it goes. it was one of those flashing signs so it probably tells you what time its shut from, i had passed it though before it had went through all the info... if that makes sense
