Surely ,the same way as would put any other software onto a notebook without a CD/DVD drive .
I just bought my Eeepc 1000h last Sunday and have installed my software by first of all , copying software from disk to external hard drive , then I found my external DVD drive and linked that to one of the 3 USB ports and just ran the exe's from those .

as above, copy to a usb device such as external hd, usb pen drive or an external disc drive ......

If you've got another PC with a CD/DVD drive on the same network, just set this up as a shared drive and then you'll be able to see it on the network on your NC10. Then just run the setup/installation executable as normal.

i use alcohol 120%, it mounts isos and bins (disc images) as virtual drives so it thinks the cd is in and you can continue with installing

you can use nero or whatever other app to rip a disc image from the cd/dvd
