I purchased a nextlink invisio G5 on the 24th of Jan and it arrived a few days later, i tried to charge it last week but it refuses to charge, when you try to close the lid on the small charged it comes with it wont fasten down properly, so it wont make a connection with the bluetooth device,
I bought another for my brother and his works fine, just my luck, so i can see what the problem is,
I have gone to my play account and selected to return and item but when it shows my order history it wont let me click my order?? so i cant request a return number,
Does anyone know how to contact them as they do their best on their website not to tell you,
I hope someone can help..
