Pretty simple m8, you look at the sport of your choice. They usually have all-sorts to bet on, i.e todays football matches, first goalscorer, who will win the tourney etc.... Once you see something you like with good odds, simply place how much you want to put on it. If it wins it will pay the winning back into your paypal/Bank account etc..

Yes . I would suggest something like William hill, Ladbrokes or Coral for beginners & don't forget to go through quidco or mutualpoints if you are a member of either when signing up .
