Are you a fitness freak or a couch potato?
I had a baby in February and due to problems in the pregnancy and afterwards i have not been able to exercise until now. I have always been a gym person myself, always something there for every part of the body but i need a change.
I am not fitness freak, don't have the time with the little ones as the years go on i tend to go less and less, i went twice a week before having my last baby, better that than nothing at all though!
Anyway my reason for writing this is that i am going to aerobics tonight, have not done this in years! I am not looking forward to it, i am going with my friend, she is super fit and is out running as we speak! I don't do running, anything but, my boobs are way too big and it makes me feel uncomfortable, i think that all the men watch them! LOL!
Times change and there is loads of new ways to keep fit so what do you do to keep fit?
